Lighting

This is the overall look that I would like to have for my project. I was thinking of an interrogation scene or maybe being on stage, like Broadway.  I like how the location is unknown allowing focus on just the chair and the person in the chair. I also like the soft blue light and I would definitely like to have the light more feathered so that it fades to black.
